Choosing health is easier said than done.

Look, I completely inner stand that choosing health is not on the top of everyone's priority list. However, it is the single most important decision that you make every single day. 

From the moment you rise out of bed, you are bombarded with choices to make. What are you going to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? What will you wear? How will the weather affect your mood? How are you helping your body to heal? You see, in a single hour, we can make over 200 choices that affect our lives. What actions are you taking to make sure that your organs are healthy? Are you drinking enough water? Are you craving sugar?

One exercise that I use for my weight loss clients is instructing them to start a food journal. If you have a hard time keeping track of what you are putting inside your body, write it down. When you write it down, you can see how the foods you're eating is affecting your body. You might eat something that you are allergic to but unaware of that fact. I would implore you to really take a look at the state of your health and be honest with yourself. Are you really where you want to be with your body goals?

Being and remaining healthy isn't easy and also not hard. It is a mindset. I now offer weight loss counseling. I want to help you achieve your body goals. It doesn't have to take a year or some far time in the future. You can start now and start seeing results soon! Mind over matter!
