Clean Colon is back with a new formula! I wanted to work on testing new combinations that would help to eliminate waste in your colon. Your colon is about seven feet long. If you don't have at least 2-3 bowel movements a day, your colon is clogged. Having a bowel movement after every meal is a sign of good health. If you aren't experiencing 2-3 bowel movements a day, use digestive aids. You can use papaya enzymes, chia seeds, slippery elm, and other herbs. Using enzymes after eating a meal helps to break down your food. Chia seeds help to create lubrication in your colon and create bowel movements. Slippery Elm also helps to push out food and create more space.

Besides using herbs and drinking more water, fasting also helps your organs. Fasting helps to give your organs a break. Fasting once a week gives your organs a rest. Fasting gives your body a chance to heal itself. Your colon is a part of your human piping so keep it clean. More greens, less processed foods.
